Heat Treatment
Including Pre-Heating, Post Weld Heat Treatment and more, HTA prides itself on providing almost any heat treatment procedure, and doing it efficiently without costing quality.
Leak Sealing
The most important use for PWHT is the prevention of Brittle Fracture. The removal of residual stresses becomes necessary where dimensional stability is required. Residual stresses may occur due to restraint by the parent metal during weld solidification, and when combined with normal load stresses the residual stresses can exceed design stresses.
